    Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset is proud to launch Indian Medical Program. It is a complimentary service for the members of Indian community. This program is designed to help individuals that need medical help for themselves or their loved ones whose primary language is not English. This program is a great resource for elderly who live with working professional children and need assistance for medical needs. Recent immigrants can also benefit from this program. All medical navigation is covered through this program.
    Shisha Patel : Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset has launched a new Indian Medical Program with a trilingual patient navigator who will assist in coordinating care for members of the Indian community. Shisha Patel will serve as an Indian Medical Program Coordinator. A Gujarat native, Shisha speaks Gujarati and Hindi fluently. She has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Pre professional Biology from Kean University and is pursuing her master in public health at Chamberlain University. She has previously served as a Health Educator for Indian community with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset’s community health department.
