We hereby apply for Sponsorship/Exihibitor of the Supplier Diversity Showcase, June 1, 2023. We remit our deposit on or before April 30, 2023. After execution, this contract cannot be revoked or cancelled unless by mutual agreement and Sponsor/Exhibitor shall be liable for the full amount of this contract, plus interest at the maximum rate allowed by law and reasonable attorney fees and court costs if necessary, for collection purposes.
